Job Summary:

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Program Director to lead our anesthesia residency program in Thousand Oaks, CA.

 

Qualified Candidates: 

·        Candidates currently serving as program director or core faculty in an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency or related fellowship are highly encouraged to apply.

·        Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency prior to start-date

·        ABA board certified

·        Experience must include specialty expertise and at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, preferably in an undergraduate and/or graduate medical education environment

·        Experience must include ongoing clinical activity

·        Be willing to combine administrative and didactic (teaching) responsibilities

·        Have strong leadership and team building skills

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Candidates with recent scholarly activity – such as peer reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, chapters in textbooks, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in national committees or educational organizations – are highly encouraged to apply
