Required Skills:

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
• Active Arizona medical license via IMLC
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical knowledge in anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of patients (50-60 daily)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting CRNA teams
• Background in orthopedic, trauma, neuro, or outpatient anesthesia
• Familiarity with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems
• Previous experience in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical center environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work scheduled day shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)
• Ability to obtain credentialing within 30 days
• Willingness to work overtime and on designated holidays at 1.5x pay rate
• Commitment to patient safety and exceptional care standards
