Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $525,000 to $525,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.

- Newly increased base salary of $525,000, plus an annual retention bonus and additional cardiac stipend for providers performing cardiac cases
- $100,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment or $50,000 for 2 years
