What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesia experience
• Valid medical license (Idaho license or IMLC accepted)
• DEA certification
• Strong skills in regional anesthesia and comfortable managing your own cases within a supervision/care team model
• Ability to perform OB anesthesia, including coverage for OB sections with CRNA support
• Flexibility to cover at least 2 full weeks per month, with preference for full-time availability throughout the month

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in trauma centers (Level II Trauma preferred)
• Familiarity with community hospital settings
• Ability to adapt to diverse anesthesia procedures excluding cardiac, transplants, and complex pediatrics

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Active medical license for Idaho or eligible for licensure
• At least one year of anesthesia practice post-residency

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in Boise primarily, with occasional coverage in Nampa
• Participation in in-house call schedules, including weeknights, weekends, and OB coverage
• Capable of working independently or within a supervising team
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to start on or before June 1, 2026
